MNDSET Series 01 is a limited, made-to-order drop. Here's everything you need to know about how pre-orders work — payments, sizing, updates, and what to expect.
The Basics
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order reserves your piece from the current Series 01 run. We only produce what's ordered, which means zero overstock, zero waste, and your size locked in before the next restock.
When will my order ship?
We don't have a fixed ship date yet — production begins once the Series 01 run is fully committed. You'll receive email updates at every step, including a confirmed ship date once production is locked in. We err on the side of telling you sooner rather than later.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged in full at checkout. Charging upfront is how we fund production for the limited run — it's also why your size and price are guaranteed.
Why pre-order instead of regular inventory?
Three reasons: (1) we produce exactly what's ordered, so nothing ends up in a landfill; (2) you get early-bird pricing that won't be matched at restock; (3) your size is reserved — no sold-out waitlists.
Updates & Communication
Will I get updates while I wait?
Yes. You'll receive emails at every milestone:
- Order confirmed
- Production has begun
- Fabric secured
- Printing in progress
- Quality control passed
- Shipped (with tracking)
If anything in the timeline shifts, we'll email you before you have to ask.
Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, with conditions:
- Within 72 hours of ordering: Full refund.
- After 72 hours, before production begins: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.
- Once production has begun: Non-cancellable, as the materials are committed to your piece.
We'll email you the day production begins so you have a clear cutoff.
Can I change my size after ordering?
Yes — email us at mndsetstore@gmail.com before production begins and we'll swap your size if available in the run.
Can I change my shipping address?
Within 48 hours of placing your order, yes. After that, we cannot guarantee address changes once production is queued.
Sizing & Fit
How do MNDSET pieces fit?
Athletic, compression-aware fit. If you're between sizes, size up for looser; stay true to size for competition-tight. Refer to each product's size guide for chest, waist, and inseam measurements.
What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a size exchange. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags. See our Refund Policy.
Mixed Orders & Shipping
What if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
The entire order ships together once the pre-order item is ready. If you want in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long does shipping take once it leaves your facility?
USA: 3–7 business days. International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Quality
What if it arrives with a defect?
Every piece is QC'd before it ships, but if you spot a defect, email us a photo within 14 days at mndsetstore@gmail.com and we'll replace or refund it — your choice. We cover return shipping on defective items.
